Our partnership with Regional Screen Scotland’s Screen Machine, Scotland’s mobile cinema, is something we’re very proud of. We joined up with them in 2017 to make mobile cinema fully accessible across the length and breadth of Scotland and the North of England. Our touring cinema kit complements the locations served by Screen Machine, extending the reach of mobile cinema across the country.
We visit towns and villages, setting up in town halls, art centres, film societies, community centres, serving places that would otherwise miss out.
Using our technical expertise and creativity, we transform any venue into an exciting temporary cinema to show anything from Blockbusters, to British independent films to world cinema to cult classics. And, of course, all of our kit is DCI compliant.

Our complete cinema support services include providing you with a full booking service, specially tailored to your venue. This helps you to promote your event and boost ticket sales within your community.
As champions of cinema, we want to help communities establish their own independent venue. Over the years, more than 30% of our mobile cinema venues have successfully launched their own permanent theatres. Having proven local demand, those venues have been able to invest in their own equipment and now run their own cinemas, supported by INDY’s technical and admin team.
